Sunday School
Our September-May Sunday School program is underway! We are using the United Methodist “Exploring Faith” curriculum which offers lectionary-based Christian learning through storytelling, drama, music, art, puzzles, and much more. Each age/grade will be in their own classroom. This year we’ll begin with the stories of Moses – from his birth, to the 10 Commandments, to the journey to the edge of the Promised Land. Get ready for a great year of learning, fun, and friendship!
We offer two great programs on Sunday mornings designed to meet the needs of our elementary students: Sunday School and Kids Corner. It is our desire to equip and encourage our children to love God and love others through the power of God's Word and the abiding presence of His Spirit.
We want to partner with parents in this great task of raising up the next generation of young people for God's kingdom work.
Children bring unique and wonderful gifts to the body of Christ, and they are a valued part of the congregation at Concord Trinity UMC.
Programs for children are designed to be inviting, exciting, challenging, and creative as they encourage children to discover what it means to claim the Christian faith for their own!
We strive to maintain a balance of opportunities for children to have learning and fellowship time with their peers, while encouraging their integration with the wider church congregation, as well.
