Ministry Council [formerly known as Ad Council]

We've recently moved from an "administrative" model to a "ministry" model of church structure. On the second Tuesday evening of each month, from 7:30-@8:30, all are invited to a time of celebrating and creating ministry opportunities at our church. Each meeting begins with a devotion, a teaching time, and briefly discussing any church business that may need to be addressed. Then, the remaining time is spent focused on ministry. We brainstorm in small "Invite," "Form," and "Send" groups--listening to any new ministry idea anyone may have. Then we convene as a large group, finalize appropriate ideas, and then work with the Holy Spirit in making them realities!
