Missions

The Mission Work Area informs the congregation of the needs of persons in the local, national, and worldwide communities and provides opportunities for response. Each month the Missions Team highlights a group in need for special response. It sponsors on-going food drives of non-perishable items, which it shares with those in our immediate area who are less fortunate. This year the Missions Team will partner with others to sponsor quarterly service projects, which will permit a “hands-on” response to issues such as housing, hunger, and poverty.

Get all you questions answered on Sunday, July 11 at 9:30 am in Trinity Hall.

• We've invited the Volunteer Coordinator from "The Bridge" program at Centenary to come and explain who they serve, how they got started, and how the programs work.
• Our own coordinator will also be there to share her experiences distributing food and aid to those coming to our church and seeking assistance.
