Care Team

The Care Team Ministry is a group of dedicated people who provide pastoral support. They visit members of our congregation who are homebound or in extended care facilities. They have been trained to assist in giving the sacrament of Holy Communion once a quarter. The Care Team also helps with hospital visits. If an emergency arises, you will find them arranging transportation, a meal, or support in some way!
