Debbie received her Mater of Divinity degree from Eden Theological Seminary. Her undergraduate work was done at Illinois State University where she received a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations. Debbie has worked for many years in the area of Christian Education as well as for social justice groups concerned with effecting change through legislative reform. She is a native of rural East-central Illinois, as is her husband, Mark. Debbie and Mark enjoy being parents of two teenage daughters.

Ronda Fowler is a St. Louis native, and has been a member of Concord Trinity for 14 years. She’s wife to Bob, and mother to Rob, Christopher, and Anna Marie. She has “wonderful and pleasant memories of raising our family in this church.” As our Director of Outreach and Nurture, she is passionately committed to enhancing the warmth of our church to those outside our walls, and well as to helping us care for the members and guests inside.

Mary joins the staff of Concord Trinity as the overall Music Coordinator, as well as director of the Chancel Choir. Mary was the former Chancel Choir and music director at Concord Trinity for fourteen years, from 1985-1999. She has worked in the Lindbergh School District for 19 years; 12 years as an elementary music teacher, 5 years as an assistant principal at Lindbergh High School, and 2 years as the principal of Sappington Elementary School. Mary holds a B.A. in Voice from the College of Charleston, a M.A. in Music Education from Webster University, and a M.A. in Administration from Lindenwood University. Mary is married to Phil Hogan and they have three grown children, Beth, Phillip and Matthew.
