MISSIONS AND SERVICE

Home Sweet Home STL helps clients from partner organizations transition to their new living situations with much-needed furnishings and basics, providing a sense of ownership and a source of stability at this crucial time. They need donations of new and gently used furniture and household items plus volunteers to help organize furniture and work with clients after training.

Summer Cafe' is a program offered in partnership with St. Luke's UMC and other local churches which provides lunches to students in need during the summer in the Mehlville school district.
Thank you to our volunteers and for the financial contributions from our CTUMC members.
Here is a short video about the program.

Because of your generosity, we help UMCOR who in turn helps people in the midst of tragedies.
UMCOR is on the ground helping and ministering to people in need.

Connecting people with ways to serve is an important part of our mission here at CTUMC. Giving money or items to a mission is the first step. As we grow as a follower of Christ, we move up a ladder of missions to take steps toward short term mission service leading to a more committed connection with the needs of our community and world.
